The former cold storage warehouse is now an office building in the middle of Mediaspree at Berlin’s Osthafen in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin. Built according to plans by Oskar Pusch and opened in 1929, the building has been home to Universal Music’s German headquarters since 2002 following its renovation.
