In form and shape, the building combines the emphatic statement of a landmark with the multi-layered matrix of a highly flexible and inspiring office world. Situated at a prominent location in Düsseldorf’s urban fabric, between the airport and the city center and in the immediate vicinity of the “Entrepreneur City”, its cubature develops from the urban context. The square basic form undergoes a sculptural refinement through the arching of the long sides and rounding of the corner areas, which underlines the expressive shape of the building, which is arranged in a ring around an inner courtyard.
