The building complex comprises a new construction alongside a historic Gründerzeit building from 1900. The meticulously renovated Berlin brick building, formerly known as the “Goldpunkt” shoe factory, offers spacious offices boasting lofty ceilings, expansive windows, and an abundance of natural light. Every corner exudes creativity and productivity. The newly constructed Goldpunkthaus, completed in 2002, harmonizes beautifully with its red brick facade, complementing the historic building.
