Transaction of the Schlosshof in Hamburg-Wandsbek

OFFICEFIRST Real Estate has sold the Schlosshof office ensemble at Schloßstraße 8a-g in Hamburg-Wandsbek to Goldman Sachs Asset Management and DW Real Estate in a share deal.

In 2013, Dundee International Reit or Dream Global had acquired the property from SEB Asset Management, and in the course of the acquisition of the Dream Global portfolio, Schlosshof became part of the OFFICEFIRST portfolio.

The four- to six-story ensemble is located in a quiet yet very central location directly at the “Wandsbek Markt” and is a combination of old and new buildings and consists of two office buildings from 1998 and a modernized office building from 1960. Schlosshof has a leasable area of 15,600 sqm, almost 90% of which is leased to an extremely heterogeneous tenant base.

Cushman & Wakefield, McDermott Will & Emery, and PWC advised OFFICEFIRST during the sale process.
