OFFICEFIRST Real Estate appoints Philipp Schaper as Member of the Management Board

OFFICEFIRST Real Estate (“OFFICEFIRST”), a leading asset
management platform for office properties in Germany, has appointed Philipp Schaper as Managing Director. In this role, he will join Guido Piñol and Jonas Kriebel in leading the Frankfurt based company.

Schaper joins OFFICEFIRST from PATRIZIA SE, where he spent the past decade in senior leadership roles including Global Head of Transactions, CIO European Real Estate and CEO European Real Estate. As a permanent member of PATRIZIA’s Investment Committee, he oversaw transactions totalling approximately EUR 50 billion. Prior to PATRIZIA, he held positions at IVG Immobilien AG, Fortress Investment Group, and LaSalle Investment Management.

Schaper will join the firm in Q2 2025.
