OFFICEFIRST: Björn Barmann takes over as Head of Asset Management for the Southern Region at the turn of the year

Björn Barmann will be responsible for OFFICEFIRST Real Estate’s asset management in the South region from 1 January 2022. He succeeds Kristian Nittka, who will leave the company at the end of the year. Nittka had held the position in Munich since spring 2018 and will be turning to new professional challenges in the future. Björn Barmann had been working for the asset manager Dream Global since 2015. The company was acquired by Blackstone at the end of 2019 and integrated into OFFICEFIRST. The 46-year-old’s previous professional stations include BNP Paribas RE and Fortress Investment.
