Leibniz Kolonnaden in Berlin receives BREEAM “Excellent” certificate

Leibniz Kolonnaden on Kurfürstendamm has been awarded the BREEAM “Excellent” certificate. Officefirst sets standards in terms of sustainability on Berlin’s boulevard.

Another sucess: Officefirst has been awarded the BREEAM certificate in the “Excellent” category for the Leibniz Kolonnaden on Walter-Benjamin-Platz, not far from Kurfürstendamm.

The Leibniz Kolonnaden, an architectural jewel in the heart of City West, is a perfect example of what sustainable and stylish working in Berlin can look like.

The building complex not only impresses with its appealing design, but also with its remarkable flexibility.
