Arabellabogen receives BREEAM certification with “EXCELLENT” rating

commercial building in the popular Bogenhausen district has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM “Excellent” sustainability rating.

The Arabellabogen, a striking ensemble of buildings in the heart of Arabellapark, sets standards in terms of sustainability and user-friendliness with this award. The BREEAM “Excellent” certificate recognises the building’s outstanding performance in all ten assessment categories, from energy efficiency and resource conservation to promoting the health and well-being of users.
